We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Orders and Contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

8. Returns and Refunds

For full details of our returns and refund process, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms.

Due to the nature of food supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened products may not be eligible for return.
